Here are new stamps on Europa 2013 theme “Mail van” to be released in the month of March. This year PostEurope is celebrating its 20th anniversary - 1993-2013 with the beautiful theme "The postman van" . Postal administrations of Europe will issue this year stamps on the mail vans of their country . Some of them have been featured here . Kerala Postal Circle, Southern Region will organise a District Level Philatelic Exhibition at Thiruvananthapuram - ANANTHAPEX - 2013 from 28-02-2013 to 01-03-2013. MY STAMPS on flower series will also be launched on 28-02-2013 at Thiruvananthapuram.
