The Japanese Post has issued its traditional Greetings series dedicated to the coming spring. The colorful and sweet stamp sheets full of flowers and happiness celebrate the spring renovation of nature. 14 – 15 February 2013 Mandi, (Himachal Pradesh)
A district level philatelic exhibition MANDIPEX 2013 is being held at Mandi , Himachal Pradesh. Collectors from Kullu. Mandi and Bilaspur districts exhibited their collections in the exhibition. Mr Prem Verma, Incharge – Philatelic Bureau Shimla conducted a small workshop on stamp collection and explained children about the hobby of philately .
