Smart Stamp from Luxembourg
In 2013, Europe celebrates its European Year of Citizens, and to commemorate this event P&T Luxembourg is issuing a stamp with an embedded web reality function, giving you access to content specifically designed for the stamp.
To get the information on the European Year of Citizens you should:
- Download the smartsy application from the Apple Store for iPhones, or from Google Play Store for Android phones
- Take a photo of the stamp (full front view), using the smartsy application (available for iOS and Android)
- smartsy will redirect you to the site which has all the information you need on the European Year of Citizens.

Stamp Exhibition in Rajgir
Rajgir Dak-Ticket Mahotsav 2013 is scheduled to be held on 16-17 march 2013 at International Convention Hall, Rajgir. It is being organized by Nalanda Postal Circle. A special cover will be released on this occasion.

New Stamp from India on Malayala Manoarama News paper
India Post will release a Commemorative Stamp on 16-03-2013 on the occasion of 125th Anniversary of Malayala Manoarama News paper. Honourable President Shri Pranab Mukarjee will release the stamp in Kodimatha Printing Press Campus of Malayala Manorama at Kottayam. Central Minister Shri Kapil Sibil, Kerala chief Minister Shri Umman Chandi, Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishanan and M.P. Jose K Mani will also attend the function.

Stamp Exhibitions in Himachal Pradesh
Two district level philatelic exhibitions will be held in Dharamshala and Shimla from 20 - 24 March 2013. Special covers will be issued during the exhibitions.
New Pictorial Cancellations on Wildlife from Germany
On April 21.04.2013 will be available a new pictorial cancellation featuring a Eurasian Lynx(Lynx lynx) in the town of Poing.
On September 15.09.2013 will be available a new pictorial cancellation featuring a Common snipe(Gallinago gallinago) in the village of Oepferhausen.
On November 03.11.2013 will be available a new pictorial cancellation featuring a Common snipe (Gallinago gallinago) and a stationery of private order in the town of Gaildorf.
